Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

We ship our ready-to-ship items via USPS, UPS and DHL depending on the destination. 

Print-on-demand items will ship separately from our fulfillment partner. Fulfillment times vary by item but on average are fulfilled within 2-7 business days. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

You have 3 months from the ship date to contact us about any issues with the shipment (delays, missing package, etc). It's usually best to to contact the shipping provider directly to work through any issues, as we have no control once we ship it.

As a reminder our return/exchange window is 30 days from purchase.
